from top strand of a fence —
mountain bluebirds
About 20 of them were flitting ahead of our vehicle as we drove slowly along. The sun caught the electric blue of their backs and wings, and it was beautiful.
The color is so brilliant and rich, what a treat! Thanks for the comments and neat haiku.
